Q: What currency are prices shown in?

The default currency is determined based on your location. You can also switch the country, language, and currency by clicking on the icon in the upper left corner of the web page.

 

 

Q: How can I choose the right size?

Products from different categories may have different size measurements. We highly advise you to carefully review the size chart provided on each product's page and refer to the detailed measurements to select an appropriate size.

 

 

 

Q: Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?

If you do not receive the order confirmation message within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your Junk or Spam E-mail folder just in case the information was delivered there instead of your inbox. If your confirmation didn’t arrive to either place, please contact Customer Service at after-sales@customady.com

 

 

 

Q: Are the colours on the site accurate?

The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual colour of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. Please contact our Customer Service team(after-sales@customady.com) with any questions.

 

 

 

Q: How do I track my order?

To view the status of your order, simply log in to your Fansidead account and click "My Orders." Then, select the order number you want to review. Your Delivery confirmation will be emailed to you within 7 days of your scheduled delivery. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service team at after-sales@customady.com.

 

 

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled as long as they haven't already been shipped. To cancel, please contact our Customer Service team(after-sales@customady.com). In some cases, there may be a restocking fee or delivery fee if the order is canceled after it has already been picked up for delivery.

 

 

 

Q: Can I change the item/color /pattern after an order is placed?

If you want to make a change, please get in touch with Customer Service(after-sales@customady.com) as soon as possible as our orders do ship quickly. If your items have been sent out, then you can’t change them; if your items haven’t, we will help you to change them.

 

 

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

A:

 

The time for delivery is divided into two parts:

 

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time

For example, if you order a t-shirt, it will take 1-3 days for processing and then 7-14 business days for shipping generally. Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 8-17 working days.

Q: What if I receive the wrong order or item?

If incorrect items are delivered or your order is incomplete, contact us and we will make it right. Customer Service: after-sales@customady.com

 

 

 

Q: What if my item arrived broken/damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service(Email: after-sales@customady.com) within 30 days and we will either replace the item or give partial refund.

 

 

 

Q: Can I return an item if I don't like it?

Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of item(s) within 15 days of delivery. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Q: How long does it take for a refund to show up on my credit card?

 

A:

 

After we receive the returned goods, it needs 7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to be credited back to your card. If you still don’t get it, please contact issuing bank for information first. For assistance, contact Customer Service.
